I am a degree-qualified and professionally registered therapist. More than that, I have lived through and embraced my own experiences of life transitions, loss, grief, love, and joy – the experience of being human!
It is the acceptance of being human and experiencing my own challenges throughout life that allows the genuinely understanding, compassionate approach I bring to my work.
