The Anglican Parish of Caloundra and Glasshouse Country
Where Faith Meets Action
The Anglican Parish of Caloundra and Glasshouse Country seeks to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with God. By sharing their faith, our people love God and love each other, with particular emphasis on building community inside and outside the church walls. With baptisms, funerals, weddings, confirmation and first communions, there are many opportunities to come together and acknowledge God's influence in our lives. In response, our Food Bank at Beerwah and a Pantry at Caloundra are ways we can help the disadvantaged in our local area.
"Such a beautiful place to celebrate our life and the love for our God and the love he has given us! The community at this parish is open and full of lovely people." - Helen
Worship God With Us
From Holy Communion to Sung Eucharist and Taize Meditation, our people participate in a variety of worship services. Daily prayer is available, and we celebrate with local retirement villages and nursing homes to keep ministering to precious elderly congregants. Technology enables us to use Zoom for prayer meetings or broadcasts of Eucharist for times you are unable to connect in person.
Encouragement and Friendship
Be a part of a warm and welcoming community. The Parish invites you to attend one of our regular events and connect with loving, kind people. Whatever stage of life you are in, you will find sincere friends to walk the journey with you.
